Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased on, we will accept the return of the product(s) within the first 30 days of purchase. The part must be unused, in its original package (No wrapping or seals can be broken), and must be in resalable condition. No returns on electrical parts, special order parts or shop manuals, repair manuals, and quick reference manuals.

NOTE: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Customers, who do not supply a V.I.N. (Vehicle Identification Number) when placing orders will not receive credit for freight and may be subject to restocking fees, so please help us verify correct part numbers and colors by providing your V.I.N. when placing orders online.

To return your item(s), you will need an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number so that we have knowledge that the part is being sent back to us and so that we can credit the correct account in a timely manner when it gets here. To obtain an RMA number, you will need to complete our online RMA request form in its entirety via the link below.

After completing this form, our returns department will be notified and will process your request. After we have received your request, we will contact you within 24 to 48 hours and provide you with an RMA number.
